Jonas Vingegaard: "It’s very important to race"

"I think it’s very important to race. This is one of the biggest races in the world, but it was quite slippery in the end. I backed off at the right moment and made sure I wasn’t caught in a crash [with 2km to go]. I’m okay and I hope it’s the same for everybody.

Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully we have a nicer weather. I just hope that I can keep the jersey all the way to the end."
