“I’m happy with how today went. I’m happy with my legs. The last climbs were a bit steeper and nastier than I expected. When I saw Victor Campenaerts pull, I knew what would happen, but I’m happy I managed to keep up.

 I’m just doing my best day by day and I’ll see what comes out in the end. I’m a realistic guy and I know it’s gonna be really hard for me [to stay on the podium], but I’m not gonna give up without giving it a big fight.”
