The 78th  edition of Paris-Nice, following the confirmation of the health authorities and the Ministry of Sport on Tuesday 3rd  March, will take place with 17 teams on the start-line. Considering the exceptional circumstances, additional invitations have been extended to two UCI ProTeams; B&B Hotels-Vital Concept and Circus-Wanty Gobert. With the agreement of the Union Cycliste Internationale and after consultation with the participating teams, the organisers have decided to increase the amount of riders per team from seven to eight.
